The Weaver of Stories & Minds
Educator | Entrepreneur | Research Advisor | Storyteller
Shikha Sharma Chaturvedi has spent over two decades shaping minds and weaving stories across classrooms, media, and research landscapes. An ardent educator with a passion for making research fun and accessible for Undergraduates, Post Graduates, and High School students, she brings a unique blend of academic rigor and creative storytelling to everything she touches.
With an M.Phil in English from Delhi University, she is trained in comprehending, applying, and developing research methodology and theory, but her true gift lies in making complex concepts accessible and engaging for learners of all ages.
With a vast and varied work experience that includes teaching at Delhi University colleges, training and managing advertisement portfolios at Google, launching a storytelling company (Tales Ahoy!), co-founding a curated weekly news channel for kids (IGRAASP), and continuously engaging with high school students for their college applications and research papers, she has enjoyed a full spectrum of the teaching-learning curve.
Shikha believes that narratives heal — when shared without judgment, they empower. Her approach combines academic excellence with emotional intelligence, creating environments where curiosity thrives and authentic connections are formed. She understands that every person has a story worth telling and that when we create safe spaces for these stories to emerge, transformation happens naturally.
From launching storytelling companies to advising young researchers globally, Shikha's journey has been about unlocking potential through curiosity and connection. Her mission is simple yet profound: when women own and share their stories, they create ripples of strength and joy that transform entire communities.
